Cancellations

• All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session, or failure to attend a session, will result in forfeiture of that session.

Refunds

• No refunds are provided for any sessions or packages purchased.

• Packages must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe. Any unused sessions after that period will be forfeited.

Rescheduling

• If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your session may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability.

• To reschedule, please use your booking link or contact me directly.
