Devon Kraft
PSYCH-K® Facilitator
Devon Kraft is a dedicated PSYCH-K® facilitator, gym owner, and advocate for holistic healing. Born and raised in Maine, Devon has always been an athlete, excelling in softball and swimming before discovering a passion for weightlifting in high school. Her love for strength training eventually led her to establish Peaks Island Strength and Wellness, a microgym on Peaks Island, Maine, where she helps others build both physical and mental resilience.
Devon’s personal journey with addiction began at the age of 18 when she developed a dependency on alcohol. She explored various recovery methods and ultimately realized that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process—it requires a combination of skills, self-trust, and community support. Through her own experience, she came to understand that recovery is non-linear and that the shame and guilt often tied to addiction can be minimized through accountability and connection.
Her passion for helping others led her to work in alcohol and drug addiction treatment facilities as well as eating disorder treatment centers in Portland, Maine. With a deep understanding of the complexities of addiction, Devon empowers individuals to reclaim their lives by integrating subconscious belief work with practical tools for change.
Currently, Devon is pursuing a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, further expanding her ability to support those navigating addiction and recovery. Through her work as a PSYCH-K® facilitator, fitness coach, and future clinician, she remains committed to guiding individuals toward lasting transformation—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
